hCG Day 50

Effective shot #33  Monday April 12th

Still making my way down the scale!  I’m Psyched.  My usually patterns have been to never lose two days in a row.  I don’t want to jinx myself but for today I’m happy. lol  I’m sure you know how it is.  You want to celebrate but in the back of your mind it nags on you that maybe the next day you are going to gain 3 back!  So for today I’m strutting my stuff and happy.  Im down 22.8 pounds since I started and this is the second best week in loss since week one.  Did I mention I still have two days left to weigh in befor this week is over?

Weighing daily and measuring weekly are great ways to keep you motivated. I have to say it’s taken me a long time to admit this but I’m enjoying the daily weights finally. So much of my life my day was emotionally stunted if I got on the scale. No matter my mood before hand it just killed my day.   Even though I’m still way obese, seeing the changes and watching the inches go down really helps.  I may feel I have had a slump and then I measure and see progress.  It keeps me motivated.  So, I’m finally on board with daily weights.  It’s a good thing too. lol    I’m supposed to do them for the rest of my life according tot he protocol.
