
Day 1 Monday Feb 22nd First shot day.
I’ve been reading all about this protocol for about two years now and I am so happy I can finally start. I’ve been talking with my BFF Erica and she knew a few co-workers who have done it successfully over a few recent years so that made me feel much better. Erica did a 23 day protocol thats is just finishing up right now. It’s great to have her to talk to daily about it. I’ve had a little glimpse int what it’s been like for her.
I’m planning on sharing my weights with you daily (yikes!!!) NEVER have I been confident enough on a diet to share it with the public but I have a really good feeling about this. So here we go….
I gave it to myself in my left deltoid (shoulder) muscle. I noticed a tiny burn in the muscle as I injected but when I slowed it subsided. I’ve started this at 212 pounds. The years of yoyo dieting have piled on the pounds. I tend to carry most of my weight in my thighs and rearend. My hips are 50 inches but my waist is 42 so I still having a feminine shape. This day I am to “gorge” so I filled up on all the things that I knew I would be craving while I am “resetting my Hypothalmus”.
