hCG Day 53
No injection today for TOM and it arrived on time this time without having to stop the shots three days ahead of time. Though this is already the three days pushed back from the previous month.
My weight is steady the last two days at 189.6

Opps Forgot to give the the measurements from Wednesday! This last week I’ve lost 1 inch off my arms! 2 inches off my ribcage! 1/2 inch off my hips! and a 1/2 inch off my calves! Even with no weight changes that really makes me feel good and keep on track!

Shot #34 Tuesday April 13th
Well it happened but at least it was only .4 of a pound increase. I knew 2 pounds in two days was a lot. Then I looked back at my calendar and realized the date. It’s two days before TOM is due. This is water weight. So I’m not expecting to lose anymore until about half way through the week.
I have to whine. This as with any diet men go on at the same time drives me nuts. Why do women have to have it so much harder? Not only do we lose less weight on the exact same plans but with the hCG we can’t take all the shots with only missing the one skip day a week. We have to go off while we menstruate. grrrrr I just feel like it’s more time lost. I’m not sure I will be going but I had hoped tobe done with both Rounds before my High School Reunion this summer. I realize I’m making these changes for me and the weight will come off as it does but it’s frustrating to have things hold up my progress. Yeah I know I’m PMS-ing. i’ll shut up. lol

Effective shot #33 Monday April 12th
Still making my way down the scale! I’m Psyched. My usually patterns have been to never lose two days in a row. I don’t want to jinx myself but for today I’m happy. lol I’m sure you know how it is. You want to celebrate but in the back of your mind it nags on you that maybe the next day you are going to gain 3 back! So for today I’m strutting my stuff and happy. Im down 22.8 pounds since I started and this is the second best week in loss since week one. Did I mention I still have two days left to weigh in befor this week is over?
Weighing daily and measuring weekly are great ways to keep you motivated. I have to say it’s taken me a long time to admit this but I’m enjoying the daily weights finally. So much of my life my day was emotionally stunted if I got on the scale. No matter my mood before hand it just killed my day. Even though I’m still way obese, seeing the changes and watching the inches go down really helps. I may feel I have had a slump and then I measure and see progress. It keeps me motivated. So, I’m finally on board with daily weights. It’s a good thing too. lol I’m supposed to do them for the rest of my life according tot he protocol.

hCG Day 49 – Down 2 pounds!

Sunday April 11th Effective shot #32
I’m so excited. I didn’t lose any weight yesterday but I jumped on the scaled today and it was down two pounds! I have had such a jump since week one. I think that two weeks “off” has allowed my body to jump start again. Cross your fingers it keeps up. I haven’t changed anything with the diet so I’m guessing it’s just my body adjusting. I’m down to 189.8 today.
