Okay ladies, do you watch The Biggest Loser tv show? This is my second season to watch and I love it. Why write about it in a fashion site? Well, tonight was the makeover show. I loved how the contestants all shined in a more updated look. Let’s face it, anything is going to look better than baggy T-shirts and sweats. lol
The producers brought in style guru Tim Gunn to help teach the guys and girls how to create and select clothes to enhance their body types as well as give them a new look. He had the greatest tip on one of the breaks. Tim Gunn says to enhance any figure select dresses and tops that have shoulder covering sleeves that extend over the tops of your shoulders and upper arms and a neckline that shows off your collar bones. it should then dip in a V of some sort. The depth of the V depends on your tastes. I thought that was great and so many of the styles out fo the spring really show that off. I was browsing one of my favorite sites and found some good examples. The pretty patterned areas mixed with the solid sections of this seasons dresses I think really compliment real womens figures as well.
